Day 4: Cleveland and the Rock 'N Roll Hall of Fame

Hello Ohio
So after a pretty wild second night at Buffalo with the Sands crew we made our way to Cleveland, Ohio by way of a quick 3 hour drive down 90 West, the same road we’ve been on since Albany.  It was very exciting to leave New York State for the first time this trip, and we had to take a few pictures to mark the occasion.
PA, whaddaya say?

Rockin and Rollin
We rode into Cleveland around 3 o’clock and went straight downtown to the Rock ‘N Roll Hall of Fame, where we met Ed and Pattie (aka Dad and Pattie) to spend the afternoon with them.  We spent nearly 3 hours at the Hall of Fame where they had a whole lot of cool and interesting exhibits about all of our favorite musicians and then some.  Unfortunately there was no photography allowed inside, but you can trust us…it was awesome.
Cleveland Rocks.

After the Hall of Fame the four of us headed over to The Corner Alley at 4th St. and Euclid Ave. just near the Hall of Fame in downtown Cleveland for some food, bowling and beers.  A good time was had by all, with the highlight of the evening coming as Father passed the proverbial torch to Son as Joe claimed one of his first ever bowling victories over Ed with a game 2 score of 168.

Tomorrow we head into the wilderness that is eastern Indiana for our first night camping out under the stars, after which we’ll head to Chicago for deep-dish pizza and bootleg whiskey.
